Will I receive the same product as in the picture ?
Yes , that's why we don't use photos of carpet maps on our site and on the product page. We take photos of all the carpets in Zima's specialized studio and place the photos of the carpets on the site.
When will I receive the product ?
It depends on the amount of purchase , but in the case of retail purchase , your carpet will be delivered to you within 7 days after placing the order .
If the carpet isn't as I want after receiving , do we have a return ?
You can return the carpet up to one week after receiving it from the post office , but the cost of returning is your responsibility .
How is payment made ?

How do I track my order ?
Through the code and ID of your order that will be emailed to you after purchase , you can track your order from your colleagues .
